TERMS OF SALE

1. INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made on the Forêt33 website (foret33.com).

The site is owned by Forêt33 with headquarters located at 33 Route de Paris Forêt, 77760 Achéres-la-Forêt, registered with Commercial Registry under number 943836148 00016.

These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Forêt33 and its customer, with both parties accepting them without reservation.

2. PRODUCTS

The products offered are those listed on the foret33.com website, subject to availability.

The photographs of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the actual product, particularly regarding colors.

3. PRICES

Forêt33 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however, the price displayed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer.

Please note that Forêt33 is not yet liable for VAT.

4. ORDERING

The customer validates their order when they activate the "Confirm my order" link after accepting these terms of sale. Before this validation, the customer is systematically offered the opportunity to verify each element of their order.

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and waiver of the right to rely on the customer's own terms of purchase.

All data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.

5. PAYMENT

Confirming an order implies the customer's obligation to pay the indicated price.

Payment for purchases is made by credit card or by any other means offered during the order finalization.

The card is debited at the time of the order.

6. DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area, namely metropolitan France.

Delivery times are given only as an indication; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of their order to return any item that does not suit them and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).

8. WARRANTIES

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

In case of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

9. LIABILITY

The products offered comply with current French legislation. The liability of Forêt33 cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the foret33.com site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Forêt33. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way, even partially, elements of the site.

11. PERSONAL DATA

Forêt33 is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer. Any information concerning them is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Fontainebleau, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or warranty claims.
